A tool is not in my plan
The panel says "This tool is not included in your plan" or "This tool is not shared with you", or a tool is missing from the home page.
What it means
Each plan includes a set of panel tools. The home page shows only the tools your plan includes, and opening a link to any other tool shows one of two pages:

| This tool is not shared with you | You are a team member in someone else's hosting account, and the owner did not give you this tool. |
Some tools are always there whatever the plan, such as Billing and your password and contact settings.
Check this first
- Check which hosting account you are working in: its username is shown at the top right of the panel. If you have more than one, the one you need may be another. Switch in the user menu under Hosting account.
- Open Preferences → Billing to see which plan that hosting account is on.
- Compare it with the plans on our pricing page, which list the tools each plan includes.
Fix it
"This tool is not included in your plan"
Move to a plan that includes the tool:
- Open Preferences → Billing and click Change plan.
- Choose a plan that includes the tool. An upgrade on the same billing period starts straight away.
- Once the change applies, your hosting switches to the new plan within a few minutes, and the tool appears on the home page.
See Change your plan. If the tool still does not appear a few minutes after the change, reload the page. If you think your plan should include it, write to [email protected] with the tool's name and your hosting account's username.
"This tool is not shared with you"
Only the owner of the hosting account can change this. Ask them to:
- Open Preferences → User Manager in that hosting account.
- Click Change tools next to your name.
- Tick the tool and click Save.
Billing, the owner's passwords and keys, and User Manager itself can never be shared. See User Manager.
The tool is missing after a downgrade
A move to a smaller plan takes effect at your renewal date. From then on, tools the new plan does not include disappear from the home page. To use one again, move back to a plan that includes it.
