Will my price go up when I renew?
No. There are no introductory prices: a renewal costs the same as your first payment. A coupon only discounts the first payment, and we always show the renewal price beside it.
Is this cPanel?
No. It is our own panel, built on HestiaCP. It uses the names and layout you know from cPanel (File Manager, Zone Editor, MySQL® Databases and the rest), so nothing needs relearning.
What is the difference between my Zeyo account and a hosting account?
Your Zeyo account is you: one email, one password, two-factor sign-in, your invoices. A hosting account is one hosting service on a server, opened in the panel. One Zeyo account can own many hosting accounts, and you can invite team members into any of them with only the tools you choose.
Is SSL included?
Yes. Run AutoSSL in SSL/TLS Status and each domain gets a free Let’s Encrypt certificate that renews itself. You can also install your own.
Can I move my site from another host?
Yes. The help centre walks you through moving files, databases, email and DNS, and you can write to us if you would rather we look over your plan first.
How do I cancel?
From Billing in your panel, at any time. Your site keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy for the details.
