What does “shared” mean for my site?
Your hosting account runs on a server alongside other customers’ accounts, each kept apart with its own user, files and limits. It is the right fit for most websites, blogs and small shops. If your site outgrows it, a cloud plan gives your apps their own memory and CPU limits on the same panel.
Can I host more than one website?
Yes, up to the number of websites your plan includes. Add each one under Domains; it gets its own folder in your account.
Do I need to know cPanel?
No, but if you do, you already know this panel: the tools have the same names and live in the same groups. Every tool also has a step-by-step guide in the help centre.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. An upgrade applies straight away and keeps every file, mailbox and database where it is. A move to a smaller plan or another billing period happens at your next renewal.
