Acceptable use policy

What you may not do with Zeyo Host services, and how we handle abuse reports.

Last updated 11 October 2026

This policy keeps our servers fast, safe and reputable for every customer. It is part of the Terms of service.

Not allowed

  • Anything illegal where you or we operate, including content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
  • Child sexual abuse material. We report it to the authorities and close the account without notice.
  • Spam: sending bulk email to people who did not ask for it, or using purchased or scraped lists.
  • Phishing, malware, or pages that impersonate another organisation.
  • Attacking other systems: scanning, brute-forcing, denial of service, or hosting tools made for that purpose.
  • Running public proxies, VPN exit nodes, Tor exit relays, or cryptocurrency mining.
  • Using hosting as file storage or a backup target for data that is not part of a website or app.
  • Anything that harms other customers' service, such as processes that use far more than a fair share of a shared server's CPU, memory or disk activity.

Fair use of "unlimited" and "unmetered"

Unlimited and unmetered resources are for normal websites, apps and mailboxes. If an account's use affects other customers, we will contact you first and help you find the right plan. [To confirm: thresholds, if any.]

Email

  • Mail sent from our servers must have a working unsubscribe link when it is marketing, and a valid sender address.
  • We may limit how many messages an account sends per hour. [To confirm: limits per plan.]

Reporting abuse

Send reports to [email protected] with the URL or message headers. We acknowledge reports within [To confirm: 1 working day].

What we do

Depending on how serious it is, we warn you, suspend the affected service, or close the account. Where there is a risk to others we act first and explain afterwards.
