Is the renewal price really the same?
Yes. We have no introductory prices, so a renewal costs the same as your first payment. Coupons, when we run them, take money off the first payment only, and we show the renewal price beside the discount.
Monthly or yearly: what is the difference?
Only the billing period. Yearly costs less overall, and the saving is shown in money on each plan. You can switch at your next renewal.
How do I pay?
You choose at checkout from the payment methods available to you, such as card, PayPal or bank transfer. Invoices are in Billing in your panel.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away. A smaller plan or a different billing period takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then. Your files, mailboxes and databases stay where they are.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time from Billing; your hosting keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.
Are there any other fees?
Only those shown on the plan: if a plan has a one-off setup fee, it is listed on the card and in the table, and included in “Due today”. Nothing is added at checkout that you did not tick yourself.
