Coupons

Use a coupon code when you order, and what it takes off.

How-to Checked against panel v2.3.2 Updated 11 Oct 2026 · 2 min read

A coupon takes money off the first payment for a new plan: either a percentage or a fixed amount. It applies to the plan's price and any setup fee on that first invoice. Renewals are charged at the plan's normal price.

Use a coupon

  1. Start your order at my.zeyohost.com/signup and choose your plan.
  2. Under 3. Payment, choose a payment method other than PayPal.
  3. Enter the code in Coupon code (optional). Upper or lower case does not matter.
  4. Click Continue to payment. The amount you are asked to pay already has the discount taken off.

The discount appears as a Discount line on the first invoice. See Invoices and receipts.

What coupons cannot do

  • They apply only when you order. You cannot add one to an order that is already paid, to a renewal, or to a plan change.
  • They cannot be used with PayPal.
  • A coupon can be limited to some plans, to an expiry date, or to a number of uses in total.
  • A fixed-amount coupon is for prices in one currency.
