Cancel and refunds

Stop your subscription from renewing, take a cancellation back, and ask for a refund.

How-to Checked against panel v2.3.2 Updated 11 Oct 2026 · 2 min read

Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing. Your hosting keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can change your mind until then. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Cancel your subscription

  1. In the panel, open Preferences → Billing.
  2. On the subscription, click Cancel subscription.
  3. The dialog Cancel your subscription? shows the date it ends. Click Cancel at period end.
  4. Billing now shows Ends with that date instead of Renews.

If a plan change was waiting for your next renewal, cancelling drops it: the subscription ends instead.

Change your mind

Before the end date, click Keep my subscription on the subscription. The panel confirms "Your subscription continues." and it renews as normal.

What happens at the end of the period

When the paid period ends, the subscription becomes Cancelled and the hosting account is suspended: your websites and email stop working. You get the email "Your hosting is suspended". Nothing is deleted when the subscription ends.

Ask for a refund

Whether a payment can be refunded, and how much, depends on our refund policy. The panel has no refund button: write to [email protected] from the email address on your Zeyo account, with the invoice number.

Refunds go back to the method you paid with. A refunded payment shows on the invoice as "… refunded" next to the payment, and a fully refunded invoice shows the status Refunded. Payments made through Paddle are refunded by Paddle, which reviews each refund first.
